Shipping & Tracking Policy

Please ensure your shipping address and billing address match exactly at checkout. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping information will be automatically canceled and refunded for security purposes.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days once the order has shipped.


Business Hours

Business hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Saturday through Monday we are closed.


Shipping and processing timelines begin on the next business day following purchase. Shipping does not include weekends or holidays.


Processing Times by Product Type

Uncustomized wigs are processed within 10 to 15 business days from the date of purchase.


Ready To Ship wigs are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.


Build A Wig services and custom wig orders require up to 28 business days from the date of purchase.


Hair products are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase.


Bundles and lace are processed within 10 to 15 business days from the date of purchase.


Processing times vary by product type and begin on the next business day after purchase.


Holiday and Sale Processing Times

During holidays and promotional sales, processing times may be extended.


Ready To Ship wigs are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase.


Custom wigs and Build A Wig services require up to 30 business days from the date of purchase.


Bundles and lace may require up to 15 to 18 business days from the date of purchase.


Shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays.


Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring all tracking updates after receiving confirmation. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate.


Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation is required for all orders. You must be present to sign for your package at the time of delivery.


It is the customers responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information, including proper abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or suite numbers, and building details. StokesStyled is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, StokesStyled is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with USPS at 1 800 275 8777.


This policy also applies to any hair sent in for wig creation once it has been shipped.


Please note that delays caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, carrier delays, or late deliveries are beyond the control of StokesStyled.


Rush Services

Rush services are currently unavailable.


Wig Authorization Form Requirement

Completion of the Wig Authorization Form is required immediately after purchasing a wig. Processing and shipping will not begin until the form has been fully completed and submitted.


Failure to submit the Wig Authorization Form after purchase will result in a full refund. The Wig Authorization Form can be found in the main menu of our website.
