All sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted on any service, wig, hair product, or accessory.
Wigs
StokesStyled is not responsible for improperly fitted wigs if the incorrect cap size is selected at checkout. Customers are required to review all order details, including cap size, before submitting their order.
All wig products offered by StokesStyled, including Ready-To-Ship wigs, Wig Pre-Orders, Build-A-Wig orders, and Consignment Shop wigs, are final sale.
Custom wig orders cannot be canceled, modified, or altered once processing has begun. Due to the personalized nature of custom wigs, all sales are final. Once lace has been cut, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Hair Products and Accessories
All hair products, wigs, and accessories are final sale.
Hair bundles are final sale due to the nature of the product. We do not accept returns or exchanges once hair has been removed from its original packaging, altered, installed, worn, or chemically processed.
Styling and Alterations
Any modifications made to a wig after purchase, including straightening, curling, cutting, or coloring, void any concerns regarding quality, condition, or appearance. All wigs are intended to be worn as styled and advertised at the time of purchase.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Due to instant access and the nature of digital downloads, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered once a purchase is completed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided and agree not to file a dispute or chargeback. If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact our support team for assistance.
