This service is for clients providing their own hair to be constructed into a custom wig.

Turnaround Time: 15 Business Days 

Please note, the turnaround time begins the next business day after receiving your hair from the post office. (EX. If you ship your hair out Friday and we pick it up Tuesday, your wig construction turnaround time begins Wednesday. Wigs are shipped out after the 15th business day.

You have exactly 3 days from purchase to send your hair out and provide the tracking number. Please email or text us right after shipping your hair off!

**If you select the option to purchase lace or hair from us please note hair takes a week to arrive. Construction begins as soon as we receive it.

Wig Construction: Having your hair constructed into a custom clueless ready-to-wear wig 

Wig Reconstruction: Having an old wig, taken apart and reconstructed into a new wig.

CUSTOM WIG POLICY:

Accuracy is key, to ensure you provide precise measurements to avoid any fitting issues. All customers are responsible for providing the correct measurements. If you need further assistance with your head measurements please contact us at (Stokesstyled@gmail.com) We will not issue a refund , alter or be held responsible for improperly fit wigs. ALL WIG  services are FINAL SALE .
